Purposes of Processing

• Conducting event registration and participant processes

• Providing information and communication to participants

• Managing event planning and operational processes

• Fulfilling legal obligations within the scope of applicable legislation

Your Rights

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you may apply to MEZO and request:

a) Information on whether your personal data is processed,

b) Information regarding such processing if personal data has been processed,

c) Information on the purpose of the processing and whether it is used in line with this purpose,

d) Information about the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

e) Correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,

f) Deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK,

g) Notification to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred regarding the actions carried out under items (d) and (e),

h) Objection to any result against you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,

ı) Compensation for damages in the event that you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of personal data.

You hold all of these rights under applicable law.
